Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Texas location. As the heart of the store, you will mentor a diverse team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding brand standards.

You will oversee scheduling, training, inventory, and store visuals, resolve customer issues, and partner with the Store Manager to meet KPIs. This part-time role offers a collaborative environment and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience driving sales and minimizing loss in a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Administer discipline steps and maintain team productivity.
• Recruit and train store personnel on operations and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with policies, inventory controls, and cash handling.
• Open and close the store and prepare for inventory audits.
