Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty when Store Manager is not present
• Manage store associates through training programs and goal setting
• Administer disciplinary steps when needed
• Engage team to create a fun and productive environment
• Ensure adherence to dress code and store policies
• Schedule and staff the store, including peak periods
• Recruit and train store personnel
• Ensure cash handling and store security procedures are followed
• Support inventory and merchandising tasks
• Open and close the store as required
