Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs, goal setting for sales and tasks, and regular follow-up.
• Administer progressive discipline steps, including verbal and written warnings, in the manager's absence.
• Engage team members by creating a fun and productive environment aligned with company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, dress code, and company policies and procedures.
