Responsibilities

• Wows the customer through personal contact and delivers fast, friendly checkout experiences.
• Oversees daily store activities and ensures staff perform duties effectively with excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor ready.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and urgent issues.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash, sets alarms, and ensures smooth daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery tasks.
• Performs general store maintenance and housekeeping duties.
