Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead for a part-time role in Ranson, WV. You will train crew on our BEST customer service experience and supervise daily store operations to ensure a WOW customer experience.

You will handle opening/closing procedures, assist with stock, support onboarding, and partner with the leadership team to drive sales while maintaining a friendly, energetic store atmosphere. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Wowing customers through personal contact and training the crew on the BEST service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms for daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock room; perform routine store maintenance.
