Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution processes, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines for stock readiness.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution, ensuring sets are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Support a clean, organized store environment including backroom and floor recovery.
• Manage inventory control to ensure product accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Execute ad sets with compliant promotional signage and placement.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper inventory adjustments.
• Manage store damages procedures with reporting and shrink reduction.
• Train and develop team members through TM onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Partner to maintain Asset Protection practices.
