Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOP adherence and company programs.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute in-stock routines to drive replenishment accuracy and sales readiness.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control, stock movement, and pricing accuracy.
• Coordinate Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs, and ASN receiving.
• Support asset protection and loss prevention initiatives.
