Job summary

DSW Shoe Warehouse, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Leader to support store management in driving sales and ensuring a positive in-store experience in Overland Park.

You will partner with the management team on store priorities, handle inventory, omni activities and cashwrap efficiency while upholding company standards. You will respond to customer and associate requests with urgency, maintain store standards during open/close, participate in inventory and omni-channel activities like

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years workforce experience in retail or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; strong customer service skills preferred.
• Ability to operate POS systems and assist customers efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-focused leadership and support store management in driving sales and KPI achievement.
• Maintain store standards during daily open/close, including cleanliness and recovery tasks.
• Execute inventory processes and support omni-channel activities (Charge/Send, BOPIS).
• Respond to customer and associate requests with urgency and professionalism.
• Collaborate with store leadership to follow policies and procedures.
• Train and coach associates to deliver high-quality service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or leaders.
