• Proficient with technology for customer interactions (POS, iPhone).
• Stand/walk up to 100% of shift; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-store experience by modeling CEL behaviors and guiding associates to KPI goals.
• Ensure positive customer experience and complete daily open/close tasks.
• Assist with inventory and omni-channel tasks (BOPIS, etc.).
• Communicate supply needs and support store leadership with policy adherence.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager on associate performance and handle escalations.
