Responsibilities

• Maintain in-store experience by modeling CEL behaviors and guiding associates to achieve store goals and KPIs.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience by upholding store standards and completing daily open/close tasks.
• Review daily communications and plan/exe cute tasks.
• Support inventory related activities including freight receipt, product placement, markdowns, and MOOS.
• Assist with omni activities in-store such as Charge/Send and BOPIS.
• Communicate supply needs to ensure smooth operations across the business.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager on associate performance and relay issues.
