Job summary

Designer Brands is seeking a retail associate to support store management in driving sales and a positive customer experience. You will focus on in-store service, inventory management, and omni activities while upholding company standards and policies.

You will collaborate with the leadership team to ensure policy compliance, execute duties during opens/closes, and assist with daily operations to deliver exceptional shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail or service industry experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Model Customer Experience Leader (CEL) behaviors to drive KPI and respond to requests with urgency.
• Maintain store standards and complete daily open/close tasks including cleaning and recovery.
• Review daily communications and plan/execute tasks with follow-through.
• Coordinate with store leadership to follow all policies and procedures.
