Job summary

Designer Brands in Texas is seeking a store support associate to drive sales and enhance the in-store customer experience. You will partner with store management on priorities, focus on inventory accuracy, omni activities, and cashwrap efficiency while upholding company standards.

You will work with a team to deliver outstanding service, handle daily tasks, and participate in inventory and operations to support store goals and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-store experience by modeling CEL behaviors and guiding associates to achieve KPIs.
• Ensure positive customer experience and complete daily open/close tasks with cleanliness and standards.
• Review daily communications and execute planned actions.
• Support omni-channel activities including BOPIS and related processes.
• Collaborate with store leadership to follow policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory related tasks and supply needs.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager on performance and issues.
