Job summary

Kelly is seeking a part-time Staff Accountant to join a collaborative Finance team. You'll gain hands-on exposure across accounts receivable, reconciliations, fixed assets, and month-end accounting while working 20 hours per week.

This role offers a mix of remote and on-site work with initial 1–2 weeks of training on site, and regular daily tasks such as processing cash receipts, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and cross-functional collaboration with global partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• 1+ year of accounting or business environment experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with NetSuite or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process daily cash receipts and apply customer payments.
• Respond to payments, account status, and past-due balances for internal and international partners.
• Support credit releases and occasional collection activities.
• Perform monthly bank account reconciliations.
• Record fixed asset purchases/disposals in NetSuite and perform related reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and cross-functional teams on payments questions.
• Assist with Accounts Payable processes and other accounting projects.
• Maintain strong internal controls and accurate financial records.
