Job summary

Supporting Strategies is offering a part‑time, remote accounting role (25–30 hours/week) with daytime hours (8:00 am–5:00 pm in various US time zones). You will deliver outsourced bookkeeping and operational support across multiple clients using a cloud platform and proven processes.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business with 5+ years of full‑cycle accounting, 1+ year using QuickBooks or NetSuite, and enjoy working in a multi‑client environment while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience (e.g. AP, AR, monthly closes, financial reporting).
• 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
• Experience in a multi-client environment preferred.
• Capacity to work 25–30 hours a week during standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to our clients.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
• Support client onboarding for all assigned engagements in accordance with defined processes.
• Execute processes related to accounts payable and accounts receivable management, monthly close, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with your manager and team to ensure clients are delighted with our services through timely communication.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships within established processes and budget parameters.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional services or tools to drive client value.
