Sitemetric LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer (Part Time, Day) to support operations at construction sites in Temple, TX. This role focuses on worker registration, badging, parking, visitors, and deliveries to ensure site security and smooth workflows.

The position requires in-person work, shift flexibility, and the ability to pass licensing and background checks as needed. Join a team dedicated to safety and high performance at client sites.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and proactive in challenging situations.
• Willingness to take on extra duties to support customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: ensure personnel are properly scanned and counted.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document arrivals and deliveries for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and related logs.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: assist with special access control needs for customers.
