Job summary

Sitemetric in Sandusky, OH is seeking an Access Control Officer (Part Time) to join our on-site team at customer construction sites. You will manage worker registration and badging, control access, oversee parking, and handle deliveries, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach, English proficiency, and the ability to work with leadership across sites. You may travel within the United States; a Guard Card is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure and extended hours.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage access control for entrants; uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and scan-ins, maintain accurate headcount records.
• Parking Management: issue parking passes and enforce pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries, create written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support one-time and ongoing access control needs.
