Job summary

Sitemetric LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer (FT: Afternoon) in Temple, TX to join our on-the-ground team, ensuring smooth operations on customer construction sites. You will handle worker registration, badging, parking, visitors, deliveries, and provide tech support as needed.

The role requires professionalism, detail orientation, a proactive approach, and a willingness to work shift-based hours. A valid Texas guard card (TOPS) is required, with potential travel to additional job sites

Qualifications

Ability to obtain required licensing
Ability to pass drug screen and background check
2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English
Proficient communication in spoken and written English
Adaptable and proactive in supporting customers and team

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site
Ensure badges are scanned and headcount records are maintained
Provide parking passes and enforce parking compliance across designated areas
Document all visitors and deliveries for the customer
Assist with access control support for workers and customers as needed
Support ad hoc access control responsibilities for one-time or ongoing needs
