Sitemetric is looking for an Access Control Officer to join our field team in Temple, TX. You will manage worker registration, badging, and access control on construction sites, coordinating with senior leadership and customers. Travel across the U.S.

may be required, and flexibility in shifts is necessary. The role emphasizes professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to support customer sites and ensure safety and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure and long hours.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Detail orientation and prioritization in dynamic environments.
• Follow SOPs in English.
• Proactive in taking on additional responsibilities to serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage access control for all entrants, coordinating with the customer and Sitemetric team.
• Badging Compliance: ensure personnel have badges and are scanned for identity and headcount accuracy.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking management.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support one-time and ongoing access control needs for customers.
