Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for part-time morning shifts at New Florence, MO. The role involves in-person work at job sites, managing worker registration, badging, parking, visitors, and deliveries to ensure site safety and efficiency.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, perform tech troubleshooting, and adapt to fluctuating schedules while maintaining high professionalism and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site.
• Ensure badges are scanned and identity verified; maintain headcount records.
• Provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance across areas.
• Document visitors and deliveries; maintain logs for the customer.
• Support in access control, including troubleshooting and logs management.
• Assist with ad-hoc access control tasks as needed.
