Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor store environment.
• Excellent communication with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high-risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet customers warmly and maintain a confident, friendly presence.
• Report theft incidents or suspicious activity to Manager on Duty.
