Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in the United States is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution and deliver excellent customer service, especially when managers are not on site.

You will lead the store crew, supervise opening and closing procedures, handle customer concerns, merchandise, and maintain confidentiality, with a part-time schedule up to 20 hours per week and pay range of $16.50–$24.00 hourly.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store staff in the absence of a manager.
• Support store execution and customer service excellence.
