The role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, and efficient store presentation, with pay range $16.50–$24.00 per hour and flexible scheduling including mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and computer literacy.
• Advanced communication and supervision abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth execution.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues per policy.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays per planograms.
• Reset departments following planograms and assess weekly promotions.
