Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a part-time Shift Supervisor to assist the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are absent, you will lead the store staff, manage opening/closing procedures, and maintain store operations to ensure a smooth shift.

The role includes supervision, training, and ensuring confidentiality of customer information, with a typical 20 hours per week schedule and a pay range of $17.00–$26.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends; able to respond to urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are absent; ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve questions or complaints.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays according to weekly/promotional plans.
• Protect customer/patient confidentiality and promote a positive shopping experience.
