Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in achieving store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are absent, you lead the store staff, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening/closing procedures.

You will work a flexible schedule with about 29 hours per week. The role pays $16.00–$23.00 per hour and includes eligibility for benefits. The closing date for applications is 12/05/2026.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, offer help, and thank customers.
• Handle customer relations in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Enter displays and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs.
