Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are not onsite, you will lead the store staff and ensure opening/closing tasks are completed, while maintaining product presentation and a positive shopping experience.

This role offers a pay range of $20.00–$29.00 per hour, with benefits for eligible part-time colleagues. Flexibility for mornings, evenings, and weekends is required.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crews and direct activities to ensure smooth store operations.
• Effectively communicate information between store management and crews.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems and complaints while maintaining CVS customer service standards.
• Maintain stock, price merchandise, and execute displays and inventory activities.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are performed and adherence to company policies.
