Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the store management team and drive store execution with a focus on excellent customer service.

When no manager is onsite, you lead the staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, supervise crew, and maintain smooth operations, including merchandising and customer relations. This part-time role requires flexible hours, including early mornings, overnights and weekends, with a pay range of $18.90–$27.90 per hour.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed and maintain customer confidentiality.
