Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in delivering store execution and excellent customer service. When no manager is onsite, you will lead the store staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

The position requires strong communication, problem-solving and the ability to work a flexible schedule. The anticipated weekly hours are 20 with a pay range of $18.90-$27.90 per hour, and benefits eligibility for this

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead the store crew when managers are not onsite.
• Direct and follow up on activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; manage displays and inventories.
• Reset departments following POGs.
