Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the store management team, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through excellent service. You will lead staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

Responsibilities include supervising the team, assisting customers, maintaining stores with proper pricing, stocking, and merchandising, and ensuring planograms are followed.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations when a manager is absent, ensuring opening/closing procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues per policy.
• Price, stock and reset merchandise, and maintain in-store displays following planograms.
