Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Lead store staff and ensure opening/closing procedures when manager is absent.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise and maintain displays according to planograms.
