Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and maintain store standards.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, supervision, and merchandising tasks with a typical 20 hours per week schedule and flexible shifts including mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support store management and crews to drive store execution.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information between store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet/thank customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
