Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and guide team members during assigned shifts. You will be fully responsible for operations when managers are not present, ensuring top service and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, coaching ability, and a strong focus on achieving financial and service goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable with a valid driver's license and vehicle.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures and stand 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities
