Job summary

AES Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Manager to lead restaurant operations and teams across shifts. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage training, and ensure cash and inventory controls are in place to meet financial goals.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong leadership, coaching ability, and a calm, results-driven approach in a fast-paced environment. This role is on-site at AES locations and offers health insurance, PTO, and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Must have ServSafe certification or able to obtain it.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team provides outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Oversee restaurant operations during shifts and guide team members.
• Train and coach staff to improve performance.
• Utilize AES systems to run the restaurant on all shifts.
• Implement controls for cash and inventory and meet goals.
