AES Restaurants is seeking a Part-Time Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and guide teams during shifts. You will be accountable for guest satisfaction, service quality, and smooth daily operations while management is not on duty.

Ideal candidates will lead with integrity, coach staff, manage costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including cash controls and inventory oversight. Join a goal-driven team focused on excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certified or able to obtain certification.
• Able to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Stand for 8–10 hours.
• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

Responsabilités

• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilizes AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts.
• Implements restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Sets and meets restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
