Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and guide the team during assigned shifts. You will be accountable for all aspects of the restaurant when management is not present, ensuring service quality and guest satisfaction.

Key duties include coaching staff, using AES systems to run smooth shifts, and maintaining cash and inventory controls while striving to meet service and financial goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Ability to perform the motions: bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and direction of team members during assigned shifts.
• Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
• Full accountability for restaurant operations during shifts when management is not present.
• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
• Coordinate with General and Assistant Manager to achieve high performance.
