Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and guide team members during shifts. You will be responsible for guest satisfaction, training, and directing workflow when management is not on site.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate leadership, strong communication, and the ability to train others while maintaining cash controls, inventory, and compliance on a fast-paced shift.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations during shifts to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and train team members; enforce standards and policies.
• Utilize systems to manage inventory, cash handling, and controls.
• Set goals for service, operations and financial results.
