AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and guide team members during assigned shifts, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction when management is not present.

You will work with the General and Assistant Manager to drive performance in areas like operations, guest satisfaction, and cost controls, while maintaining safety and compliance with food safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work 8–10 hours standing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders.

Aufgaben

• Ensure team provides outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilize AES systems to run the restaurant on all shifts.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
