Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Willingness to travel between store locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and achieve KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager in training and developing associates.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, and merchandising.
• Open/close store and ensure safety, cleanliness, and procedures.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Promote store membership program to foster loyalty.
• Assist with cash handling and loss prevention as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and implement visual merchandising updates.
