Job summary

MINISO USA in Olathe, KS seeks a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, staff training, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help meet KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, and opening/closing tasks while promoting the store’s membership program.

You will lead by example, develop associates, and ensure a positive, energetic store environment that aligns with MINISO USA’s commitment to customer satisfaction and a fun shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer engagement capabilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and achieve KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual updates.
• Open/close the store and ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to management when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to store policies.
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business goals.
