Job summary

You will handle opening/closing, cash handling, shipments, and loss prevention while promoting the store's membership program to boost loyalty and sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager in training and developing sales associates.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close the store and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Drive customer engagement and process transactions accurately at the register.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business objectives.
