MINISO USA in Indiana is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, staff training, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep while promoting the store’s membership program to build loyalty.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, supervise associates, handle opening/closing procedures, and ensure a safe, engaging shopping environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Aufgaben

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor & at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure proper stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring recovery, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business objectives.
