Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Indianapolis, IN to support the Store Manager with daily operations and staff training. You will ensure exceptional customer service, manage cash handling, and assist with merchandising, opening/closing, and shipments.

The role emphasizes promoting the store's membership program to boost loyalty and drive KPI performance. The ideal candidate has 1+ year experience as a keyholder or shift leader in retail, strong leadership, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure it is clean and compliant with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention efforts and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain a professional attitude and energize the team to uphold MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events.
