Job summary

The Shift Leader at MINISO USA supports daily store operations, mentors associates, and ensures exceptional customer service. You will help achieve KPIs, manage opening/closing, merchandising, cash handling, and shipments while promoting the store’s loyalty program.

Based in Indianapolis, you will lead by example on the sales floor, assist with training, and maintain store standards. A HS diploma and retail experience are required, with strong leadership and a customer-first mindset emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel between store locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling.
• Maintain store appearance and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close, ensure cleanliness and safety compliance, handle issues escalated to management.
• Promote and support the store's loyalty/membership program.
• Assist with loss prevention and adherence to policies.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to meet business objectives.
