Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Indiana to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, supervise and train associates, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role includes cash handling, opening/closing, merchandising, and promoting memberships to boost loyalty.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year as a keyholder or shift leader in retail, strong leadership, and the ability to travel between locations as needed. High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Assist store manager in training sales associates and customer engagement on the sales floor & at the register.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Open and close the store, ensuring it is clean and compliant with safety procedures.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Promote the store membership program to foster customer loyalty.
• Support loss prevention and follow company policies.
