Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations, supervise associates, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will help with cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and cash handling while promoting the store's membership program to boost loyalty.

You will drive sales to meet KPIs, maintain visual standards, and ensure compliance with safety and policies. This position emphasizes teamwork and energetic store culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge.
• Help support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring recovery and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain a professional attitude and promote MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events.
