Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will contribute to KPIs, maintain store standards, handle cashiering, merchandising, and shipments, and promote the store's membership program to boost loyalty.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, train associates, manage front-end responsibilities, and help maintain a safe, welcoming store environment that reflects Life is for Fun

Qualifications

• 1+ years as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure proper stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring recovery and compliance with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and ensure adherence to company policies.
