Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, uphold store standards, manage cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash handling, and shipment processing while promoting the store’s membership program to build customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling.
• Maintain store appearance and execute visual merchandising.
• Open/close responsibilities with safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to policies.
• Promote MINISO USA membership program to foster loyalty.
• Process transactions accurately on POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to meet objectives.
