MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager in daily operations, training associates, and delivering outstanding customer service in our Alabama store. You will help maintain visual standards, manage cash handling, and support merchandising on the sales floor.

You will promote the store's membership program, drive KPI results, and foster a positive, energetic environment that reflects the Life is for Fun spirit for both team and customers, creating memorable shopping

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to travel between store locations as needed.

• Lead by example to drive sales and exceed KPI goals.
• Assist store manager in training sales associates and ensuring customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store following safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to store policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and sales events to support business objectives.
