Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor & at the register.
• Assist with replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Open and close the store, ensuring cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to Store Manager when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support business objectives.
