Job summary

MINISO USA in Natick, MA seeks a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will actively promote the store's membership program and help drive KPIs while maintaining store standards and a positive, energetic atmosphere.

You will manage cash handling, merchandising, opening/closing, and cashiering tasks, ensuring accurate transactions and a welcoming shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in retail.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor & at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure proper stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure the store is recovered and clean and in compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when necessary.
• Support Loss Prevention efforts and adherence to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events to support business objectives.
