Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Orange Park, FL to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training, and delivering outstanding customer service. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates on products and customer engagement.
• Assist with daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and manage visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close the store and ensure safety and compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the register.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business objectives.
